Xtremesoft works with the development groups at Microsoft to create the most comprehensive and complementary business intelligence solutions around these technologies in the marketplace today. Xtremesoft is a certified Microsoft Partner and works on two specialized competencies.

Xtremesoft was originally approached by Microsoft in 1998 to provide a monitoring solution for organizations that needed to monitor the health and performance of applications built using the Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS). Xtremesoft's first product, PerfMon for MTS, was released in early 1999. The product has since evolved into AppMetrics for Transactions.

History

Established in 1998, Xtremesoft was founded by three partners: Steve Weiss, Scott Matsumoto, and Rob Whitfield, who were approached by Microsoft to provide a monitoring solution for organizations that needed to monitor the health and performance of applications. Xtremesoft was funded by venture money during the early 2000's and then was purchased by the management team in 2003. This enabled the Company to focus on user needs and allowed our development plans to dovetail with demand in the market.
